Bid Info:   Bids signed and under seal, executed, dated, and submitted for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for the Bethany Home Addition and Renovation will be accepted prior to October 20, 2015 at 2:00 pm Central Time at Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects. Offers will be opened privately. The Owner will consider the bids received for the furnishing of said labor, materials and equipment necessary for the proper construction of the aforesaid project.

Project Location: Kearney, Nebraska

Public Notes:
Work of this proposed Contract comprises building construction and site development, including general construction, structural, mechanical, electrical, and food service facilities work.



Job Purchase Information:
Contractors may obtain full sets of Drawings and Project Manual from the following location:

(402) 592-4950 ext. 4, or by the Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.

A deposit in the amount of $100.00 (made payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects) will be required for each set of bidding documents.

If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $30.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.

CD's and Downloads of complete set of plans and specifications are also available for a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.

The deposit will be returned in full only if a) a qualified bid is submitted and the Drawings and Specifications are returned within
fifteen (15) days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Drawings and Specifications
are returned with seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.

All other contractors will return all Bid Documents to:
