Bid Info:   The Bid Opening will be held at BD Construction's Office in Kearney at 2:00pm CST on October 15, 2015.

Project Location: Big Springs, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The project consists of the construction of a 25,020 sq. ft. new Locker/Changing Rooms, Classrooms and Library Addition to the existing School Building. Renovation to be completed in the existing 44,713 sq. ft. school building will includes automatic sprinkler system, and new lighting upgrades installed as an alternate indicated in the drawing and specification. This project will be managed by BD Construction as the Construction Manager.



Job Purchase Information:
Copies of plans and specifications may be obtained from A & D Technical Supply of Lincoln, 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 68508 upon payment of a $100.00 deposit for each set, made payable to South Platte Public Schools. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the plans and specifications in good condition within 45 days after the bid opening date. Documents may be shipped with a $30.00 check made payable to A & D Technical Supply
