Bid Info:   Separate Sealed Proposals will be received by the Owner at the Omaha Housing Authority, 1805 Harney Street, Omaha, NE 68102, until 2:00 PM on the 19th day of November, 2015, for furnishing all labor, tools, materials and equipment necessary to complete, in a workmanlike manner, all work designated as 1805 HARNEY BUILDING RENOVATION, as per drawings and specifications for such work, now on file with the Owner and at the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68127. Immediately following the filing deadline, or as is practical thereafter, proposals will be publicly opened, read aloud and tabulated.

All work and materials shall be in compliance with the drawings and specifications prepared by The Schemmer Associates, Inc., 1044 N. 115th Street, Suite 300, Omaha, Nebraska 68154.

WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:

An interior renovation of the lower level currently used as office, storage and maintenance shop space and converting it to OHA's new resident customer service center. Work includes a new ADA accessible ramp, removal of several existing walls to create an open waiting area, a custom bullet resistant transaction counter and reconfigured accessible restrooms. Limited exterior work includes a new storefront entry door, vestibule and a fabric awning with exterior lighting.

Existing Basement Floor: 6,763 GSF
Actual Project Area: approximately 2,500 GSF

Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to Omaha Housing Authority. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of payment for this project.

CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents are available PURCHASE ONLY.
Do NOT return Bid Documents, as no deposit refund will be issued.
