The Work of this Contract comprises the renovation of the main entry, lobby and executive office area on the first floor of the Municipal Housing Agency Building located at 505 S. 6th Street, Council Bluffs, IA, in accordance with the Contract Documents.
Work shall be constructed under a single stipulated sum contract.
Whenever reference to the 'Owner' is made, it shall mean the Municipal Housing Agency.
