Owner will receive sealed quotations until 2:00 p.m.; local time, on 5 October 2015; at Osceola City Hall, 115 North Fillmore, Osceola, Iowa 50213. Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

Public Notes:
Project consists of preservation and renovation of an existing historic railroad depot structure, listed on The National Register of Historic Places. Work includes restoration of existing historic lobby, ticket office and office; including refurbishment of concrete tile floors with cove base, repair and refurbishment of existing painted plaster wall and ceiling surfaces, and repair and refurbishment of existing historic wood trim and wainscot. Work also includes modifications to existing building configuration at former non-public spaces to accommodate new toilet rooms and other support spaces; including selective demolition, new framing and gypsum board, wood floors, doors and frames, toilet room fixtures and related accessories, and other elements as indicated in the documents. Throughout the entire building the project will include installation of new HVAC systems, new plumbing systems, new electrical and lighting systems, and new automatic fire suppression systems.

A refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Franks Design Group is required to obtain bidding documents. A builders card will also be accepted in lieu of a deposit check.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $25.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).
CD's and downloads containing a complete set of plans and specifications are also available on this project for a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
Interested bidders should contact A & D Technical Supply Company Inc. to request plans be printed and available for pickup.
Plans must be returned to A & D Technical Supply Company Inc. within 14 calendar days from the bid date in reusable condition to obtain a refund. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
