Bids will be privately opened. In addition to the Owner and the Architect-Engineer, the General Contractors may attend the private opening.

Catch Intelligence will receive Bids for a Combined Contract, including General Construction, Mechanical and Electrical Work, for a tenant improvement/renovation project located at 602-604 North 129th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68154.
Bids must be on a Lump Sum basis.
The Owner has pre-approved the following General Contractors that will be allowed to Bid this Project:

PLEASE NOTE: ALL GENERAL CONTRACTORS INVITED TO BID THIS PROJECT WILL BE PROVIDED WITH TWO (2) HARD COPY BID SETS AT NO COST. ANY ORDERS ABOVE AND BEYOND THAT WILL BE AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE.
PURCHASE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL SUB-CONTRACTORS AND/OR SUPPLIERS WISHING TO OBTAIN COPIES OF BID DOCUMENTS, FOR BOTH HARD COPY AND ELECTRONIC FORMATS.

*A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
