Acting as a Construction Manager for the Gothenburg Memorial Hospital in Gothenburg, NE. Sampson Construction invites you to submit a bid for the Gothenburg Memorial Hospital BP #3.
Project Description:
BP #3 will include interior finishes for the Patient Wing and ED Addition, Additions for Admissions and Main Entrance, Wellness, Physical Therapy/Cardiac Rehab, Dietary, Lab, Clinic, and Second Floor Wellness and Administration Shell Space and Interior Renovation of Imaging, Materials Management, Laundry and Housekeeping, and Facilities Maintenance and will include but not limited to the following scopes of work: Building Demolition, Concrete, Concrete Reinforcing, Masonry, Precast Architectural Concrete, Structural Steel Fabrication & Erection, Rough Carpentry, Glue Lams, Waterproofing, Fluid Applied Membranes, Spray Foam, Joint sealants, Fireproofing, Metal Wall Panels, Metal Roofing, Membrane Roofing, Expansion Controls, Aluminum & Glass Doors and Windows, Gypsum Wall Assemblies, Finishes, Specialties, Equipment, Food Service, Furnishings, Swimming Pool, Elevator, MEP, Earthwork, Fencing, and Landscaping.
