The Volleyball Acedemy's new building is a 44,280 sq ft metal building with a 4,592 sq ft steel framed mezzanine. The metal building is already under contract but bids will be taken from metal building erectors. Scopes that are included in this project area earthwork, concrete footings and flat-work, rebar, striping, landscape and sod, structural steel material and erection, fabricated steel, gypsum assemblies, ATC, FRP, vinyl base trim, fire sprinkler, HVAC, plumbing and site utilities, and electrical.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to Lueder Construction. A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted on this project.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
