Notice is hereby given that the Owner, Wolsey Fire Protection District, will be accepting sealed bids for the project known as Wolsey Fire Hall. Bids will be accepted at the office of Wolsey City Hall, Community Room located at 305 Commercial Avenue, Wolsey, SD at 2:00 PM on September 17, 2015. Bids will be due at the time and location specified and will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The work consists of a new one-story building and surrounding site work. The work includes Divisions 01-03, 05-10, 13, 21-23, 26-28 and 31-33.
The work will be bid in a single prime contract and will be issued for the work outlined in the Construction Documents and as noted herein. The Date of Substantial Completion is addressed in the Instructions to Bidders.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $200.00 payable to Puetz Corporation. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from the date of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be subject to forfeiture.
