A pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 PM Local Time on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at Olsson Associates, 2111 S. 67th Street, Suite 200, Omaha, NE 68106. Representatives of the Owner and Engineer will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference. The Engineer will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such Addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference. The Sanitary and Improvement District No. 309 of Sarpy County, NE (River Oaks), will receive sealed bids until 2:00 PM Local Time on Thursday, September 10, 2015, at Olsson Associates (2111 S. 67th Street, Suite 200. The project is briefly described as follows:
Unit Base Bid: The work to be performed in this improvement shall consist of the installation of all proposed streets within River Oaks. Along with paving, this project will involve the construction of a storm sewer system.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
