Scope Of Work: This project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, licenses and permits required to convert the Cold War Atlas Missile HQ building into a Storm Shelter located at the Mead Training Site, Mead, NE. The project consists of a new roof, interior finish, new exterior storm rated doors, all necessary mechanical, power and lighting to provide for a safe and functional storm shelter.
