SCOPE OF WORK: Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, supervision and other necessary items for the completion of all work necessary to install Helicopter ground lights and a 100' x 150' concrete Helicopter Parking Apron at Camp Ashland Training Site. Project will consist of earthwork, electrical site work, and concrete paving as identified on the drawings and in the specifications.
