Scope Of Work:
The work consists of all design services, labor, equipment, tools materials, travel, licenses and permits to complete outstanding maintenance work orders in the USPFO Warehouse, Lincoln, NE. The project will include repairs or replacements to electrical, HVAC, door hardware, exterior concrete flatwork, exterior masonry, gutters, warehouse strip curtains, loading dock seals, as well as interior painting, exterior striping, and earthwork grading.
