Scope Of Work: The work covered by this Statement of Work (SOW) consists of the construction of a new maintenance facility for the camp including an administration area, metals, and wood shop areas; a storage bay and exterior parking for public vehicles (POV) as well as government (GOV) vehicles parking within a secured parking area. It is anticipated that the building will be constructed of a pre-engineered metal building approximately 3800 SF – 4000 SF in size, and that the surrounding site would be rock parking. The public ADA parking will be concrete to meet ADA requirements.
