Proposals for Bid Packages #1-#16 shall be received at the office of the Architect, Mannes Architects, LLC, 800 Douglas, Yankton, SD 57078, until 2:00 PM local time on Monday, the 31st day of August, 2015 on behalf of The Boys & Girls Club of Yankton. All work shall be coordinated under the management of the Construction Manager. Sub-Bids received after the stated time will not be accepted. Welfl Construction shall submit the TOTAL BID to the Owner September 2, 2015 at 10:00 AM, where said bid shall by publicly opened and read aloud.

The project consists of a single story, slab-on-grade structure of approximately 25,400 square feet attached to the north side of the Yankton Middle School at 2008 Mulberry Street. Construction consists of concrete foundation, masonry bearing walls, steel columns, bar joists and metal deck roof with rigid insulation and EPDM. Exterior finishes include face brick, glazed brick, EIFS and aluminum windows. Interior finishes include steel stud partitions, painted concrete block & drywall, acoustical ceilings, carpet, terrazzo tile, wood doors and cabinetry. Plumbing includes all necessary plumbing and fixtures for restrooms and kitchen. The mechanical system consists of gas-fired rooftop HVAC units. The electrical work consists of service, wiring and fixtures.
Construction shall be completed no later than 365 days following the Notice to Proceed.

THERE IS NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR THIS PROJECT. Limit (1) set per Bidder - all additional sets requested are available upon receipt of a non-refundable check in the amount of $100.00 payable to Mannes Architects, LLC.
CD's or Downloads are NOT available for this project. The drawings and Table of the Specification are available online to view only.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 15 calendar days of Bid Opening.
