Scope Of Work: This project shall entail the remediation and removal of all lead, lead dust, and lead waste from the basement floor firing range of the Nebraska National Guard Readiness Center, in Norfolk, NE. The project shall include removal of existing sound board, mastic, bullet trap, ceiling deflectors, pipe insulation, and light fixtures. The entire area from floor to ceiling is to be cleaned and all waste disposed of offsite. The ceiling and walls will be sealed and floor covering added. New ceiling light fixtures shall be installed. Work shall be completed in accordance with NGB Pam. 420-15 as well as local and state regulations. The project shall include a contractors HASP plan, 7 lead swipe tests and project oversight and reporting.
