John Caniglia, one of Omaha's longest and most respected premier homebuilders, will develop and build twenty eight (28) new luxury units, featuring heated underground parking, an elevator, granite countertops, large floorplans, ceramic finishes, various flooring options, abundant closet space & upscale finishes.

Project start date for demolition of 4 existing homes is slated for the end of August, 2015.

Utility Disconnect; Demolition & Fill; Construction Fence; Staging Crushed Rock Entrance; Temporary Electrical Pole; Survey; Excavation; Footings & Foundation; Waterproofing & Backfill


Mid-October - Mid-December 2015: SUPERSTRUCTURE
Elevator Shaft; Frame; Windows & Exterior Doors; Garage Door; Plumbing; Mechanical & Electrical Rough-ins; Fire Sprinkler Rough-in; Electronics, Phone, Cable, Security Rough-ins; Exterior Stone; Gas, Water & Sewer & Power Install; Flashing; Roof; Siding; Interior Concrete Work; Caulking


End of December - February 2016: FINISHES
Inspections; Insulation; Drywall; Interior Millwork; Paint; Elevator Finish; Cabinets; Vinyl Floor; Countertops; Plumbing, Mechanical & Electrical Finishes; Fire Sprinkler Finish; Electronics, Phone, Cable, Security Finishes; Carpet; Door Hardware, Bath Accessories, Touch-ups; Cleaning


February 2016 - April 2016:
Exterior Paint; Exterior Concrete; Parking Lot Caulk & Paint Stalls; Finish Grade; Landscape, Sprinkler & Sod; Final Touch-ups; Final Inspections


Pre-leasing is in progress for April 2016 occupancy.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
