SCOPE OF WORK: The project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, testing, licenses and permits required to perform the design services and construction to build an Airborne Refresher Mockup Jump Tower on CATS-M. Project includes all necessary site work, site lighting, and construction of a 30' jump tower and landing area. This will be utilized by soldiers to rehearse exiting the aircraft during airborne operations.
