The Sanitary and Improvement District No. 302 of Sarpy County, NE (Prairie Hills), will receive sealed bids until 2:00 p.m. Local Time, on Thursday August 20, 2015, at Olsson Associates (2111 South 67th Street, Suite 200, Omaha, NE 68106), at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for furnishing labor, materials, and performing all necessary work for construction of the project entitled "Sanitary and Storm Sewer - Section I (S.I.D. 302 - Prairie Hills)".

The project is briefly described as follows:
Unit Base Bid: The work to be performed in this improvement shall consist of the installation of a 10" and 8" sanitary sewer pipe together with 6" sanitary sewer stubs to each lot, manholes, a sanitary sewer siphon structure, and any other necessary appurtenances required to provide sanitary sewer service to The Prairie Hills subdivision. In addition to sanitary sewer, the project will include the construction of a storm sewer conveyance system to convey runoff to two separate sediment/detention ponds. This work will exclude the construction of the curb inlets.
