A pre-bid walk-thru of the project is scheduled for August 3, 2015 at 9:00 AM at the project site.

Bid Info:   Project Advocates will accept proposals from the invited list of pre-selected General Contractors for the Phoenix Academy until 12:00 PM on Thursday, August 13, 2015 at the office of Project Advocates, 200 S. 31st Street, Suite 5101, Omaha, NE 68132. The contractor shall submit (4) copies of proposals in 9x12 envelopes with "PROPOSAL, PHOENIX ACADEMY ATTN: JOHN TAYLOR" and the name of the bidder written clearly on its front. Bids will be opened privately and reviewed before accepted. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. The contractors shall also submit (1) copy of their proposal via e-mail to John@Project-Advocates.com

Phoenix Academy is a non-profit private K-8 school that helps student with learning challenges get back on track. This project includes a 2-story addition of just under 10,000 SF to an existing building with some minor interior renovation of the existing school. The existing building was built in 2 phases with the original structure designed as a church and an addition and renovation in 2001 converting the use to a school. The project includes but is not limited to construction of a new multi-purpose room, warming kitchen, FEMA storm shelter, classrooms and support spaces.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to Phoenix Academy. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned in 'like new' condition to the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. within 14 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
*One reminder phone call will be placed.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
