SCOPE OF WORK:
The work covered by this Statement of Work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, licenses and permits for the upgrade of the Telecom Room at the Grand Island National Guard Readiness Center, Grand Island, NE. The project consists of replacement of the room's heat pump system, plumbing modifications, sensors, fire suppression, and electrical installation. Project not to exceed 120 days for completion of the work.

A&D Technical Supply, 1822 N. St Lincoln, NE 68508
with a refundable deposit of $100.00 made payable to RDG Planning.
The deposit will be returned to the Bidder upon return of the Plans,
Specifications and Addenda in good condition,
within thirty (30) days after the bid opening date, to the plans supply house listed above.

Documents may be shipped with a $15.00 fee made payable to A & D Technical Supply.
