PreBid Info:   A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Foundation for Educational Services Conference Room, 1300 "O" Street, Lincoln, NE 68508 on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at 3:00 P.M. CDT. Attendance by all interested Contractors is
recommended and advised for all Subcontractors.
Contractors and Subcontractors should check in at the front desk and staff will escort them to the meeting location.

Public Notes:
The Work includes :
1. Removal of one (1) hot water boiler, two (2) sectional cast iron boilers, steam to hot water heat exchanger, boiler feed pump and pumps. Install two (2) boilers, pumps with VFD's and updated piping system will be installed.
2. The boilers B-1 and B-2 and associated accessories such as, low-water cut-off, flow switch and boiler pumps P-5 and P-6 are going to be bid separately. The boiler will be selected prior to the bid. The boiler information will be provided to the bidders a minimum of three days prior to the bid date. The cost for these items will be provided by the contractor prior to the bid date. The contractor shall include the cost of the boilers and associated mark-up in their bid. The contractor shall accept delivery of the boiler and be responsible for delivery, installation, start-up and warranty of the boiler.
