Bid Info:   The Board of Education for the Douglas County School District invites proposals on Bryan Middle School - Kiln. Proposals are due July 14, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. Submit proposals in a sealed opaque envelope marked: Bryan Middle School - Kiln, and addressed as follows: Dr. Antoinette E. Turnquist, Executive Director, Department of District Operational Services, Omaha Public Schools, 3215 Cuming Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68131.

Public Notes:
The scope of work includes the following: 1. Installation of a kiln - kiln equipment will be provided by the Owner. Exhaust hood is to be provided by Contractor. 2. Construction of a one hour enclosure for Kiln Room. 3. Modifications of Existing Storage Room including new access from existing Classroom. 4. Finishing of spaces including ceiling work necessary to accommodate new enclosure. 5. Associated mechanical and electrical work.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, to the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. within 14 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
