Acting as a Construction Manager for the Gothenburg Memorial Hospital in Gothenburg, NE. Sampson Construction invites you to submit a bid for the Gothenburg Memorial Hospital BP #2.
The project consists of Additions and Renovations to the existing facility which will includes approximately 70,000 sf new construction along with 20,000 sf in renovations to the existing facility. BP #2 is the core and shell portion and will include the following scopes of work. Concrete, Concrete Reinforcing, Masonry, Precast Architectural Concrete, Structural Steel Fabrication & Erection, Rough Carpentry, Glue Lams, Waterproofing, Fluid Applied Membranes, Spray Foam, Joint sealants, Fireproofing, Metal Wall Panels, Metal Roofing, Membrane Roofing, Expansion Controls, Aluminum & Glass Doors and Windows, Gypsum Wall Assemblies & MEP.
