Sealed bids will be received for the construction of the Additions and Alterations to Grand Island Public Schools, Barr Middle School, 602 W. Stolley Park Road, Grand Island, Nebraska.

SCOPE
It is the intent and purpose of these Specifications and the accompanying Drawings for the Contract to provide all work, supervision, labor, materials, transportation, and any other services necessary to perform the General Construction for this building, complete in ever detail, within the limits shown. Contractor shall examine the site and existing buildings, and shall verify the scope of the work required.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to Cannon Moss Brygger Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads may be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

ALL BID DOCUMENTS SHALL BE RETURNED TO THE OFFICE OF CANNON MOSS BRYGGER ARCHITECTS, 208 N. PINE STREET, SUITE 301, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801, within 10 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
If Bid Documents are returned to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. deposit will be forfeited.
