The Project consists of the new construction of an 8,056 square foot, single story, slab-on-grade, wood framed structure to house the technology, item processing and auditing functions for Five Points Bank. Other items of note in the construction include a masonry and precast hollow core structural deck storm shelter to house network technology and servers, wood stud walls ant trusses, asphalt shingle roof, brick veneer and fiber cement board panels over rigid insulation, aluminum storefront doors and windows, tile carpet, polished concrete and porcelain tile for interior floor finishes, demountable partition walls, steel doors and frames, casework, and complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, and low-voltage technology.

Job Purchase Information:

A refundable deposit in the amount of $125.00 made payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects will be
required for each set of bidding documents.
If shipping is required, there is a non-refundable fee of $35.00 made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
The deposit will be returned in full only if a qualified bid is submitted and the Drawings and Specifications are returned within fifteen (15) days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Drawings and Specifications are returned within seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
All Bid Documents shall be returned to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects, L.L.C., 2908 West 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, Nebraska 68845.
