The work consists of demolition and removal of an existing gymnasium, renovation of existing classrooms and offices, and new construction consisting of a pre-engineered metal building and conventional construction to include a gymnasium, classrooms, locker rooms, stairs, elevator and common spaces. The Work also includes supporting site work, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low voltage work. Additionally, a new fire sprinkler system will be included throughout the existing and new building.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $125.00 payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
ALL BID DOCUMENTS SHALL BE RETURNED TO THE OFFICE OF PAULSEN INC., 1116 East Hwy 30, Cozad, NE 69130 within 15 calendar days of bid determination to obtain a deposit refund. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
