SCOPE OF WORK:
The work covered by this Statement of Work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, licenses and permits required to repair and upgrade the washrooms in buildings 501-504 at Camp Ashland Training Site. Project includes modifications, removal and addition of buildings existing plumbing, sanitary sewer, vents, electrical and gas lines to facilitate the addition of new stacked washer/dryer unites, per the detailed plans and specifications set forth herein.

A&D Technical Supply, 1822 N. St Lincoln, NE 68508
with a refundable deposit of $50 made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
The deposit will be returned to the Bidder upon return of the Plans,
Specifications and Addenda in good condition,
within thirty (30) days after the bid opening date, to the plans supply house listed above.

Documents may be shipped with a $10.00 fee made payable to A & D Technical Supply.
