for each set of documents, in the form of a check made payable to A & D Technical.
If documents are to be transmitted by mail or a parcel delivery service, submit a separate, nonrefundable check in the amount of $20.00 per set of documents, made payable to A & D Technical, to cover the cost of postage and handling.
