The Work consists of but is not limited to:
Renovation of 16,500 GSF and a 4,900 GSF single-story new addition to the north side of the existing Student Life Center building. The renovation includes new locker rooms and group exercise rooms on the first floor along with new staff offices, strength training room, restrooms and student lounge on the second floor. The new addition provides two new entrances into the facility on the north side. The new addition includes new cardio space, an entrance lobby and receiving space for the bookstore. The facility's exterior wall consists primarily of curtain wall system, metal panel and face brick. The structural system is steel frame and the HVAC for the new addition will be supported by existing air handling units.
Project will be constructed under a single general construction contract.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $75.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned to the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund. If Bid Documents are NOT returned with the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
