Bid Info:   Sealed bids for the construction and installation of water works improvements for and on behalf of the Council Bluffs Water Works, will be received by the Secretary of the Board of Water Works Trustees of the City of Council Bluffs, Iowa, until 1:30 PM on the 9th day of June, 2015, at which time the Secretary and Engineer will publicly open the bids in the Board Conference Room at said address, announce the amount of the bids, and file all proposals received.

Project Location: Council Bluffs, Iowa

Public Notes:
Sealed bids will be received for the construction and installation of approximately 740 feet of 12-inch D.I. water main and all appurtenances thereto in accordance with the plans and specifications for said Project.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to HGM Associates, Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned within 14 calendar days from the Council Bluffs Water Works Board of Trustees award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within time specified, deposit is subject to forfeiture.
