Description:
Acting as a Construction Manager for the Gothenburg Memorial Hospital in Gothenburg, NE. Sampson Construction invites you to submit a bid for the Gothenburg Memorial Hospital BP #1. The project consists of Additions and Renovations to the existing facility which will includes approximately 70,000 sf new construction along with 20,000 sf in renovations to the existing facility. BP #1 will include Site, Utility Yard, Helipad, Boilers, Generator, ATS’s, & Switchgear.
