Bids signed and under seal, executed, dated, and submitted for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for the Central Community College - Columbus East and West Education and Faculty Center Fascia will be received until 2:00 pm on June 2, 2015. Bids will be received at Central Community College - Administration Office Board Room, 3134 West Highway 34, Grand Island, Nebraska. Offers will be opened publicly immediately after the time for receipt of bids. The Owner will consider the bids received for the furnishing of said labor, materials and equipment necessary for the proper construction of the aforesaid project.

The Project consists of work on the fascia and soffits on the West and East Education Building and window replacement of the Administration Building on the Central Community College Columbus Campus. The project will include replacing associated flashing and perimeter cap flashing, fascia, soffit, new vestibule construction including new doors and store front window systems.

Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
A deposit in the amount of $50.00 (made payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects) will be required for each set of bidding documents.
If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $25.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
There will be a $8.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (UPS).
CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $20.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
The deposit will be returned in full only if a qualified bid is submitted and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with fifteen(15) days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
All other contractors will return all Bid Documents to: Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects, L.L.C., 2908 W. 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, Nebraska 68845.
