The Board of Education for Lancaster County School District #55 - 0145 (a.k.a. Waverly School District 145) will receive Bids for the following Projects: 1. Bids will be received for a Combined Contract to include General Construction and Electrical Work for the Waverly High School Exterior Renovations located at 13401 Amberly Road, Waveryly, NE 68462. The Work at the existing school includes roofing replacement and EFIS replacement with new fiber-cement panels. 2. Bids will be received for a Combined Contract to include General Construction, Mechanical and Electrical Work for the Eagle Elementary School Renovations located at 600 1st Street, Eagle, NE 68347. The Work at the existing school includes interior renovation and EIFS replacement with new fiber-cement panels.

Bidders may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, Phone (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, Fax (402) 592-9302.
A Refundable Deposit of $150.00 per set is required.
Checks should be made payable to DLR Group.
Builders Cards are accepted for this project. The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A&D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 30 days after the Bid Opening.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $25.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room at 4320 S. 89th St. Omaha, Ne. 68127).

CD's or Downloads in PDF format of Complete Sets are available for a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00
All checks for purchases are made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.

There will be an $8.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (UPS).
