Project Description:
A two-story addition totaling 12,424 S.F. to an existing Church building. the Addition includes a Nave, elevator, classrooms, office and narthex expansion. church pews and relocation of an existing organ are included. There are a total of five (5) Bid Alternates and one (1) Allowance included.

Bidding Documents may be obtained from A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, Phone (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, Fax (402) 592-9302.
One complementary copy of the Bid Documents will be made available to each of the invited GENERAL Contractors. A non-refundable check in the amount of $75.00 made out to Bahr, Vermeer and Haecker Architects is required per plan set beyond the complimentary copy. Sub-Contractors may obtain Bid Documents for a non-refundable fee in the amount of $75.00 payable to Bahr, Vermeer and Haecker Architects.
Builders Cards will NOT be accepted on this project as it is purchase only.
If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $25.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
There will be an $8.00 handling fee for the use of your shipping numbers (UPS). Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room.
