Sealed bids addressed to the Board of Education of the Omaha Public Schools, Douglas County, Nebraska, for the REPLACE KITCHEN LIGHTING AND CEILING AT MCMILLAN MAGNET MIDDLE SCHOOL - BID #15-037 for the Omaha Public Schools. Bids will be received in the office of District Operational Services, Omaha Public Schools, 3215 Cuming Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68131 until 2:00 PM, CDT, Thursday, May 7, 2015. At that time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud and tabulation will be made to present to the Board of Education at the next regular meeting for consideration in awarding the Contract. Any bid received after the closing time will be returned unopened. The time clock maintained by OPS District Operational Services shall be the official clock utilized to determine the time for close of bidding.

The work under this specification shall include all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to provide a completed project as outlined in the bid/proposal documents. It is the Contractor's responsibility to protect existing construction. In addition, removal of debris and repair of any damage due to work under this contract is considered within the scope of work and is the responsibility of the Contractor.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Omaha Public Schools. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, to the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. within 14 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
