The work consists of but is not limited to the construction of two concrete pads constructed on compacted fill, removal and construction of a portion of an existing concrete trail, providing, placing, compacting fill (borrow) material, grading, providing, installing, maintaining and removing erosion and sediment control measures, fine grading, and seeding.
