Your firm is invited to submit a proposal for the project known as Wilber-Clatonia High School
Gymnasium Painting Project located at 500 W. Elm Street, Wilber, NE before 2:00 pm local daylight savings time on 29 April, 2015. At that time, Bids will be opened and read aloud.
Project Description: In the High School Gymnasium, the existing roof structure and all associated
ductwork, piping, and electrical conduits shall be cleaned and the entire high school gymnasium,
including steel roof joists, tectum roof deck, HVAC ductwork, fire sprinkler piping, and cmu walls
shall be painted. The existing HVAC system, lighting, and fire sprinkler system will remain as is.

Printed bidding documents may be obtained from A & D Technical Supply, 1822 N Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68508. A refundable check in the amount of $50.00 made out to Wilber-Clatonia Public Schools is required per plan set.
A & D Technical Supply will ship bidding documents upon receipt of a check made out to A & D Technical Supply for $20 per set, non-refundable, to cover shipping and handling.
A copy of your deposit and shipping and handling checks can be faxed to A & D Technical Supply to expedite shipment of plans.
Deposit will be released upon return of Bid Documents, in good condition, no later than 15 business days after Bid Opening to the office of A & D Technical Supply. After 15 days, the deposit will be forfeited. Do not return bidding documents to the Architect's office.
