The Board of Education, Waverly School district #145, Waverly, Nebraska will receive Bids for the installation of a fiber optic network system interconnecting the following Waverly Schools: Waverly High School, Evelyn Hamlow Elementary School, Waverly Intermediate School, and Waverly School District #145 - Administration. The Work under this Contract provides for the installation, termination and testing of an underground fiber optic network installed between four (4) Waverly School District #145 buildings. Singlemode fiber will be installed underground, within ductbanks and vaults between each Schools communications equipment rooms where it shall be terminated, rack mounted, tested and provide with patchcords of lengths indicated and connected to the Schools existing Network equipment.

Bidders may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, Phone (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, Fax (402) 592-9302.
A Refundable Deposit of $50.00 per set is required.
Checks should be made payable to DLR Group.
Builders Cards are accepted for this project.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A&D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 30 days after the Bid Opening.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room at 4320 S. 89th St. Omaha, Ne. 68127).

CD's or Downloads in PDF format of Complete Sets are available for a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00
All checks for purchases are made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.

There will be an $8.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (UPS).
