Summary of Work: This project consists of the demolition of the existing building on this site, site clearing, earthwork, and prepare for a new 8,224 sq ft wood constructed building. The building will have metal exterior roof and wall panels, metal railing, concrete footings and flatwork, wood framed wall panels and truss systems, solid durface counters, cabinets, FRP, ATC, drywall, toilet partitions, interior paint, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and landscape items.
