Public Notes:
The Office of the DAS/State Building Division invites Bids for a Single Prime Contract for Transportation Services Bureau Fire Alarm Upgrade, 1526 K Street, Suite 200, Lincoln, Nebraska.

Unless otherwise approved by Owner, the contractors work schedule shall be limited to a maximum of 4 hours per day to avoid costs associated with “Fire Watch” supervision. The existing fire detection and alarm system will not be disabled at the same time during the project. Contractor will provide additional portable fire extinguishers throughout the occupied buildings during construction activities.
