Kingery Construction Co. will receive bids for Northeast Community College – New Residence Hall and Cafeteria/Student Life Building Bid Set #3, for a new Residence Hall and Cafeteria/Student Life Building on the Northeast Community College campus located at 801 East Benjamin Avenue, Norfolk, NE 68701.
Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Thursday, April 30th, 2015, at the Construction Manager’s office, Kingery Construction Co., 201 N 46th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68503. Fax (402/465-4529), and e-mail (bids@kccobuilders.com) bids will be accepted. All bids shall be made on the printed proposal form included in the project manual.

Job Purchase Information:

Bidders may obtain bidding documents from the Printer, A & D Technical Supply Co., 1822 N Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, 68508, phone 402/474-5454 upon the deposit of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per set of documents.
Checks shall be made out to Kingery Construction Co.
The entire deposit will be refunded to bona fide bidders upon the return of the documents, in good condition, to A & D Technical Supply, within ten (10) days after bid receipt.
If shipping is required, there will be a non- refundable fee required for each set shipped in the amount of $25.00 made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
