Project Description:
The Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers is a fast-food restaurant. The building is approximately 3,800 SF. Site includes site infrastructure, excavation and concrete paving. The structure is wood framed with some steel structure on a concrete slab-on-grade. Exterior includes masonry, EIFS, storefront and single-ply membrane roofing system. The interior will be finished with drywall, FRP and Marlite. Acoustical ceiling throughout the kitchen and open structure in the dining. All flooring will be tile. Restrooms will have decorative tile wainscot. All kitchen equipment will be provided by the Owner and installed/connected by plumbers, HVAC and electricians.
In order to be considered, you MUST register as a Subcontractor online at www.batisdev.com . Go to the "Contractor Information" section and review the minimum requirements.
After meeting all above requirements, please refer to the attached scopes of work. All bids must be complete per these scopes.
