All sealed bids must be received in the Seward County Clerk's Office, Room 205, no later than 12:00 PM, local time, April 28, 2015. Bids submitted will be opened and publicly read at the Cattle National Bank & Trust Community Room (104 S. 5th Street, Seward, NE). No selection of award of contracts will be made at that time.

Beckenhauer Construction, Inc., (Construction Manager), is requesting subcontractor and supplier bids per Bid Packages for the contruction of the new Justice Center in Seward, NE.Major Components of the Work include: New County and District Courtrooms and associated spaces, New Judges chambers and staff facilities, New County and District Court Clerks Offices and associated spaces, New Probation Offices and staff facilities, New 66 bed Jail facility, New County Attorney Offices and staff facilities, and Totals-New construction: 16,220 s.f. Detention; 16,220 s.f. Ground Floor Courts; 9,624 s.f. Offices.

Bidders may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, Phone (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, Fax (402) 592-9302.
A Refundable Deposit of $150.00 per set is required.
Checks should be made payable to Seward County Commission.
Builders Cards will NOT be accepted for this project.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A&D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 30 days after the Bid Opening.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $50.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room at 4320 S. 89th St. Omaha, Ne. 68127).

before sending them in the mail.
CD's or Downloads in PDF format of Complete Sets are available for a non-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00
