Bid Info:   Dial Senior Living will accept bids from qualified Contractors on May 6, 2015 until 2:00 PM CST. The contractor shall email the bids to John Mabrey at jmabrey@dialrealtycorp.com. Bids will be reviewed privately before being accepted. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.

The Work includes but is not limited to:

The new construction of a senior living campus to include Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living apartments. The project will consist of two buildings. One four story wood building over a 3-hr parking garage, and one wood construction 1-2 story building for Assisted Living and associated common space.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned in 'like new' condition to the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. within 30 calendar days of Bid Date to obtain a deposit refund.
*One reminder phone call will be placed.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
