Bid Info:   Morrill County Community Hospital in Bridgeport, Nebraska will receive sealed proposals for the Specialty Clinic Addition and Existing Courtyard Infill project until 2:00 PM Mountain Time on April 22th, 2015 at the Hospital’s Board Room/Meeting Room of Morrill County Community Hospital,
1313 S Street, Bridgeport, NE. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The City of Bridgeport is abandoning R Street between 13th & 14th streets. The land is being made available to Morrill County to expand the Hospital facility.
This project being built over R Street consists of a new 9,500 square foot Specialty Clinic with (2) new procedure rooms, prep/recovery bay area, (9) exam rooms,
general offices, nurses station, reception/admitting/scheduling area, waiting area and a new material management receiving and storage room.
There are two connecting corridors to connect the new Specialty Clinic to the existing Physical Therapy Building and to the existing Hospital.

The second construction area for this project is the infill of an existing 1,720 square foot courtyard.
This area is adjacent to the patient wing of the Hospital and is required by the State Fire Marshal to be an atrium outside of the west patient rooms that includes smoke evacuation capabilities.

This area will also include a large meeting room that is dividable into two spaces, restroom, & office.
Other areas of construction are a modification at the existing Hospital mechanical room that creates a passage corridor through the space and a new helipad.
The Helipad is to be the first portion of the project to be completed before the remaining construction is permitted to start. The project will be (1) complete bid package by a General Contractor.
It is anticipated that construction for the project will start at the beginning of May 2015 and be completed in December 2015.

The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete all work required for the projects listed above for the Morrill County Community Hospital as shown on the drawings
and described in the specifications prepared by the Architect, CG Architects, 319 East Francis Suite 101, North Platte, Nebraska.
