The project consists of a 23,000 SF build-out of an existing building into medical office/clinic space and associated new site work.
In addition to a full interior build-out the project also includes upgrades to the existing building exterior including a new entry.
Site work includes complete asphalt overlay of the existing parking lot and associated sidewalks and new landscaping.
The building is located at approximately 23rd and O Street in Lincoln, NE.
