PreBid Info:   A tour of the existing building and a pre-bid conference will be held at the building on April 9, 2015 at 3:30 pm (MST). Bidders are encouraged but not required to attend walkthrough. However, bid may be rejected if Contractor has not attended walkthrough.

Bid Info:   Kimball Public Schools will receive sealed bids until 2:00 pm MST on April 30, 2015, at the KPS District Office, 901 South Nadine Street, Kimball, Nebraska, 69145. bids received after this time will not be accepted. All bids will be opened at that time in an open and public setting. The Owner will review all bids with the Engineer with the intent of awarding a contract for all construction to the lowest or most advantageous responsible bidder.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
