Public Notes:
Furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for
site demolition, concrete paving, site fencing and
gravity block wall improvements to complete
the project per plans and specifications.

All work and materials are to be guaranteed for a period of one year
or as extended by individual Specification Sections following final
acceptance by the Engineer. The successful Bidder shall supply a Construction
Performance Bond and a Construction Payment Bond executed by a Corporate
Surety licensed in the State of Nebraska, each in an amount equal to 100 percent
of the contract price.
