For Bidders:
Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from Printer, A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
Bidding documents, for contractor, may be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit check in the amount of $200.00.
Suppliers may obtain a set of bidding documents upon receipt of a NON-REFUNDABLE fee in the amount of $200.00.
Checks made payable to the Construction Manager, Puetz Corporation.
If shipping is required, there will be a non-refundable fee of $50.00 for each set shipped. Checks for shipping shall be made out to A&D Technical Supply Co.

before sending them in the mail.
CD's and Downloads of the project are also available in pdf format. These may be obtained upon receipt of a NON-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
